Where do you ship to?
For North America, we currently ship to the United States and Canada. For the Trans-Tasman region to Australia and New Zeeland and for Europe to Austria, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland.
What payment methods are available?
You are able to use all major credit cards, PayPal as well as Apple Pay and Chrome Payment.
Do you accept backorders?
Not at the moment but it usually is also not necessary. All of our products are hand-made directly by the artist. So should you see any of our products to be out of stock, simply contact us and we will request the artist to make it for you.
How can I request a refund?
That’s easy. Simply request an authorization number using our CONTACT FORM and one of our team members will provide you with all necessary information for your return.
How can I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, simply use this code in the appropriate field that will appear during the checkout process.
Can I use either US-Dollar or EURO?
Yes, you can. You can display all pricing and even pay in either Euro or US-Dollar. Simply chose “Select Currency” in the menu.
Can I have something custom made?
Absolutely – (now you are speaking our language)! Everything we craft is made by hand, so we will try our best to make it exactly the way you want it. Just let us know what it is you are looking for and we will try our best to make it for you.
Is it more expensive to have something custom made just for me?
No, it is not! Our artists/workshops hand make every single product anyway. So whether they do it with your custom specifications does not make a difference in price at all. Just tell us what exactly you are looking for and the artist will tell you exactly for how much she/he can craft it for.
Is my personal data, that I enter while placing an order, safe and protected at Nostre Mani?
Yes, your personal data is absolutely safe. We are fully compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – a new law designated to protect the personal data and privacy of EU residents. We go one step further and not only apply our data protection to EU residents but to all of our customers around the world. Our Privacy Policy gives you more information about how we protect your data and our User Privacy Center gives you control over your personal data.

Are there benefits for registered users?
Once you register for a free account with Nostre Mani, the checkout process will be quicker and simpler for you. You will also be able to track your orders and receive specials, promos, and discounts via email if you sign up for our mailing list. Only your profile information (address, etc) will be saved in your account. We do not keep or save any of your credit card or payment information.
EU vs US - Measurements & Currency?
We try to have all product specific measurements such as cm, inch, qt, ltr, etc displayed in European as well as Amerikan measurements in each product description. You can also choose to display all pricing information as well as pay in either Euro or US-Dollar.
