Description
Combining a century-old Swiss tradition with traditional Italian artisanship utilizing 100% pure copper, makes our copper fondue set the ultimate cookware for your next fondue gathering.
In our uncompromising quest of only using 100% pure copper, we only work with the most reputable and highest quality producers. One of our major suppliers of 100% pure copper is the United States, which is used for the creation of our beautiful copper fondue set.
Promoted as a Swiss national dish decades ago, Fondue soon became a popular and fun way of engaging with family and friends over food at the dinner table. Originally used with cheese, fondue became more versatile and is nowadays also used with broth or even chocolate. Whether you are enjoying bread, meats, vegetables, fruits or even marshmallows, our copper fondue set will become the ultimate tool for a fun and engaging time with family and friends.
Our beautiful 1.9qt. copper fondue set is 100% handcrafted in our workshop in Ravina, Italy and comes complete with a stand, fondue pot with lid, fuel paste holder and fuel paste. The fondue pot is hand-hammered to increase the rigidity of the pot and prevent deformation.
Thanks to the superior heat conductivity of the copper, it is sufficient to maintain a perfect temperature for the food inside the fondue pot by just lighting a fuel paste underneath it. The rim of our copper fondue pot is enforced and rounded to add extra strength and stability to the bowl. The copper fondue pot including the lid is completely tin-lined on the inside. We use only 100% pure tin for any of our products applied using the traditional fire-tinning method.
Since the fondue pot is oven safe up to 450° Fahrenheit (230° Celsius), the pot can even be pre-heated in the oven or on the stove if desired.

100% Hand-Crafted in our workshop in Ravina, Italy:
As all of our products, our copper fondue set is hand-crafted in the Navarini workshop in northern Italy. The body of our fondue pot is constructed from one single sheet of copper ensuring absolute even heat distribution from the base to the sides of the bowl.
1.5mm thick, pure high-quality copper with rounded rim:
The copper used for our copper fondue pot is pure copper with a thickness of 1.5mm ensuring a quick and even heat distribution throughout the entire pot regardless of the heat source used.
Exceptional heat conductivity and retention:
Copper conducts heat twice as fast as aluminum cookware, 5 times faster compared to cast iron and over 25 times faster than stainless steel cookware. Ensuring a perfect temperature for the food inside the pot regardless of the heat source.
Hand-hammered for enhanced durability and structure:
Our copper fondue pot is entirely hand-hammered. Hand-hammered copper cookware adds strength and enhances the structure & durability of the material. In addition, hand-hammered characterizes true artisanship.
High quality, non-reactive & renewable tin-lining:
We only use high quality, 100% pure and non-reactive tin-lining for our copper products. The advantage is that the heat conductivity of the tin-lining corresponds perfectly with the copper. Compared to other coating materials, our tin-lining can easily be renewed as often as desired and your cookware can be handed to the next generation.
High level of heat tolerance:
Our copper cookware including the non-reactive and renewable tin-lining has a high heat tolerance of up to 450° Fahrenheit (230° Celsius). One of the reasons why our copper cookware is preferred by professional chefs around the world.
Packed in a beautiful “Bottega Navarini” cloth bag:
As most of our larger copper products, our copper fondue set will arrive packed in a beautiful blue “Bottega Navarini” cloth bag. Not only a fitting bag for our beautiful copper products but already treasured by our customers as a sign of an original Navarini.
