Shipping

Your product is crafted within 7-14 business days after your order is placed. It will then be securely packed and shipped. We ship UPS expedited. However, sometimes customs can delay your order a bit. To account for that,  please allow between 14 – 21 business days for your new handmade product to arrive.

Your order will be shipped insured, with proof of delivery and with a tracking number. This way, you’ll receive your purchase fast & safely and you can track your shipment at any time after it has left our workshop.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before checkout.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Expediting your order to the next day or 2nd-day delivery is, of course, possible at an additional charge. Kindly send us an e-mail using our contact form and we will arrange this for you. (Expedited shipping speed is calculated by business days, Mo-Fr).
